We kindly request that you actively engage in the business training and coaching and make a genuine effort. To be eligible for an action-based refund, we will require you to provide evidence of the work you have completed, demonstrating that you have fulfilled the specified conditions. This evidence must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. In order to initiate a refund, please follow the steps below: 1) Complete the entire Discovery Portal by watching and finishing all the provided videos. 2) Submit your Coaching Questionnaire as instructed. 3) Schedule and attend your 1-on-1 Coaching Call, or alternatively, contact the relevant person directly to cancel the call. 4) If you fail to attend the scheduled call without prior notice, you forfeit your right to a refund. You must submit proof that you did the work in the course and that it did not work for you. Please note that we reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our criteria, including but not limited to requests made after the 14-day period or requests made without proper documentation.
